Yes, in case of theft, the insurance covers up to USD 300 per locker. This insurance does not cover the loss of money, jewelry, precious stones or metals, watches, plasma screens and technological items in general (LCDs, GPS navigators, mobile phones, computers, tablets), art objects, antiques, memory cards or any other device containing data or images.

Please note that your travel documents, as well as personal documentation (Passport, Driver’s License, etc.), are stored at your own risk and responsibility (we suggest keeping them with you).

To open the locker, you will need to extend the reservation until the actual retrieval date.

You can store all items that fit inside the rented locker, except for prohibited items. Remember that more than one suitcase can fit inside a locker depending on their size.
